Company history

SolX Consulting launched on 1st October 2011 as a rebrand of the former salesforce.com certified partner 2020 Management. 2020's founding Directors were Gary Smith and Sally Torkington who have been leaders in CRM for over fifteen years in terms of people, process and technology management. Gary and Sally were joined by Andi Smith to found SolX. Andi brings a wealth of business management and customer service expertise to the management team.

The launch of the SolX brand


We launched the brand SolX to signify the increasing need for excellent Cloud-based solutions and business strategies to reflect the Social Enterprise and new forms of customer interaction.

Innovation with vision


The team first implemented salesforce.com in 2003 across 400 users in a call centre and sales environment as part of an organisational change programme at Sesame Financial Services in the Life and Pensions sector.

Powerful combination


We went on to become a certified salesforce.com implementation partner in 2004 and have since deployed salesforce.com to thousands of users in over 50 countries. We have built a team with skills in salesforce.com expertise, CRM proficiency, business process re-engineering, and customer sales and service expertise.
