Although wholly independent, this means that we work extensively with the salesforce.com Account Executive and Customer Success teams in three key ways:
Existing customers
We support salesforce.com in ensuring existing clients drive full benefit realisation from their licenses. We achieve this by conducting configuration review and Health Checks, working on user adoption strategies and by conducting Benefit Expansion workshops to identify additional ways to drive benefit.
New customers
